CS E-Shop respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Site to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on cs-e-shop.com infringes your copyright, please provide our designated agent with a written notice containing the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Site (e.g., URL).
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number and email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Where to Send Notices

We aim to respond to valid notices within 2–5 business days.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same contact address, including:

• Identification of the material removed and its former location.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email.
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district, or, if outside the United States, an appropriate jurisdiction.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate access to the Site for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

5. Third-Party Content

Where the directory links to third-party subdomains or external websites, DMCA requests related to those sites should be directed to the operators of those sites.
